Adi joined SCP Vitalife in 2008 from Medtronic where she was Marketing Manager in the CardioVascular division. Adi was responsible for the management and development of Medtronic CardioVascular's key product in development with $1 billion global market potential. In addition, Adi launched two significant cardiovascular devices globally that are commercially available today. Prior to joining Medtronic, Adi was a senior consultant at Navigant Consulting.

Adi holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, and a B.A in Economics from Boston University where she graduated with Summa Cum Laude Honors.
